Womens Power Symbol - To Love and Protect
18 years ago, I always harbored a thought that good woman being have to be soft, always put others first than herself, to love, to be kind and gentle, to be understanding, keep quiet when her man talked, give, give, nothing else but to give.
18 years later, I realized... women have wonderful gifts being lady like and soft, at the same time, they were... No, are given greater (stronger) senses; to protect their love ones.
Just like a mother, who is able to give love and provide with food on the table, like a lion, they roar and cut their enemies into pieces, when the love ones are taken advantages of. Not only they love and give, they protect and fight. Who says women can't do what men do to fight? As the matter of fact-ly, women can be stronger than any men I know, who appear strong and "Man" on the outside, however inside of them, they are nothing but a little mouse.
So, no wonder almost all fashion designer love to create and show whats beneath every women you know.
I am one of them. This is dressing all about... Showing the real and inner you.
One week ago, one of my closest high school friends got married and she asked me if I would be designing my own dress as her one of the brides maid. I didn't know how but she managed to encourage me somehow. It took me 6 months to think of new ideas and decided to show my inner-self.
I came out with a jumper accompanied by a coat (I was kinda disappointed when I can't get my suit done as my seamstress fell sick).
Even though the coat wasn't done, however, I am still happy with my jumper. Simply being; it describe me best as a person.
White color symbolizes pureness and clean, yet the silver linings and patches at the back is what represents my inner "Wants"; Recognition Shine and Glamor. The bear back shows the sexy woman in me with a stripe showing not only the cut of the design but the protective side of me. Mixed with the jockey pants to show my masculinity. Over all, the flow of the silver linings reveals the gentle side of me and generous yet brave. Daring and less provocative.
Hope you like what you see, dear women ....
PS: Apologize for not so clear and definite effect of the overall designs and color but I promise you to replace them with a better pictures, If I have the copy (which I dun have them in hand now)...
Xoxo,
