Excellent Gathering Place @ Barracks House Dempsey
Good morning to the ladies and gentlemen out there in the world. I pour all of my love to you all, who love to get together with friends and relatives or should I say... with your love ones...
Yesterday, I was watching Sex and the City Season 5 all over again. When Carrie was so irritated by the fact that the girls have difficulties to celebrate Charlotte's 36th Birthday (or to Charlotte, forever 35)together.
Here I am sitting... Wondering... Living in a busy city, just like they do, will it be difficult too,just to get my gal friends, all at once to sit down and have a simple, wonderful meal together? To make things worst, we are living in Singapore,one of the busiest Asian countries,where all we know, in the end of our working day lives, we ended up with working overtime.
I secretly harbored this dream, that we, gal friends of many years, will be able to sit down together just for high tea, nice dinner in this very vintage place, named Barracks located at Dempsey. It is a very nice set up place, very westernized with a quiet environment and surrounded by nature, instead of buzzing city. (As if our life is not buzz-ey enough during the day).
