SUCCESSFUL Chinese FD Findings in the WEST!

FINALLY! Have something to talk about, in regards of the best CHINESE FD in Australia. .. And I'm talking about; DA BEST!

Let us speak about CHINESE (regardless of highly populated with chinese coutries like Taiwan, China, Singapore, Vietnamese, some Indo and Malaysian); Taiwanese cuisine seems to be the only chinese food, which still retain their authenticity.

During my stay there, probably the only reason for me to eat asian food was because I am sick and tired of eating Fries, Burgers, rounded meat in between, the mayo, the pickles, the freshly chopped onions and non-deep-fried vegetables EVERYDAY (Though their beef is absolutely unbeatable compared to Singapore's beef). We are asians... who prefers something salt-ish food rather than sweet, stir fried more often than deep fried, steamed rather than baked and stewed rather than heavily bbq-ed.

There are couple of asian restaurants, which is quite acceptable in Wollongong area, which businesses are operated by the China's chinese and other chinese from other countries. They are edible and we have nothing to complain about; except that their menu really blown me away when they showed "Penang Noodle" or "Malaysia Noodle", I forgotten-in which they meant "the glass noodle" (hor-fun) and Singapore Noodle; "BEE-HOON"----> Thinner Glass Noodle? I have no idea where they came out with this "clever" name.In Sydney, along the stretch of Chinatown; the epicenter of the city's chinese community, somewhere located at the edge of it, I was eating a Fried Rice Worth 10 over AU Bucks, just to find out that the FRIED RIce me, Kelvin or EvenWilly's cooked, worth far much more than theirs. If you want to further compared with David's, I swear the gap between them is like heaven and hell.

However, in another part of Sydney @ the opposite of market St, which is not extremely far from the horrendous restaurant, ... I finally found my "Golden Bowl". Thanks to David for recommended us the place. It serves Taiwanese Cuisines. (Apologized for forgetting the name of the restaurant. I only remember that it's vicinity is asians fish or seafood market-I promise I'll find out the name of the restaurant)
No need to describe more. Make a 'tick' on the box of 'authenticity remains'. They represents .... the country they originated. Take a look at the photos and I guarantee, you'll drool.

(I can't even wait to get my ass out there to eat them all)

=p I am hungry again now... Nothing beats them at this moment. At least, at this moment. I'll explore somewhow, in near future. Stay Put, Folks.

Love
